Order Processing

  • Orders are processed during normal business hours, Monday to Friday.
  • Once payment has been confirmed, orders are prepared and dispatched as quickly as possible.
  • Customers will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information where available.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, product availability, and courier schedules. Estimated delivery periods are:

Inspection Upon Delivery

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error or a defective product, Botha's Auto Spares may cover the return shipping costs. For all other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping expenses.
